Official MountainMage Loss Policy

MountainMage MTG Signature Service, LLC handles customer property with the utmost respect and care. However, the nature of this service requires that customer property is also handled by a third-party carrier - typically USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once out of MountainMage’s hands, the company cannot assume liability for the potential loss or destruction of property in transit. By proceeding with this transaction, the customer accepts the risk and assumes the liability of property loss or destruction in transit to/from business destinations.


In case of significant transit delay or upon any suspicion that property may be lost, MountainMage will do all he possibly can to recover customer property. Every carrier has their own loss policy which MountainMage shall navigate on customers’ behalf. In the rare instance that property is completely destroyed or becomes un-recoverable in transit, MountainMage shall refund or credit (based on customer preference) the amount paid for services associated with the property.
